What Happens When I Join?
- You select your daily exercise program. Choose to either train from home following our body weight and resistance band exercise program, or follow our gym based programs if you have access to dumbells, kettlebells, benches and barbells. All programs are aimed to take 30mins, with optional add-ons if you have a little bit more time available.
For home based programs you will need to purchase a resistance band which are available from sport stores for approximately $25. We can help direct you in the right place to find a band suitable for you.
- You access the members only area of the Better Body Project Website - download your training programs and instruction videos, watch your weekly video lessons on exercise, nutrition, goal setting, accountability, mindset, meal planning and what to do when you feel like giving up. Once you've completed the sign up process, keep an eye out for your login details in your email (make sure you check your junk mail) which we will send to you by the 1st September.
- You join our private Facebook group where you get ongoing support - Talk to us and other people just like you. This is the support and education hub and is honestly the secret behind your success.
- You are in the running to WIN $500! At the end of the 12 weeks, our team will select an individual who has had the biggest lifestyle transformation over the challenge to win the prize. Conditions apply.

Kim Bobbin (centre)
Kim has been helping people just like you improve their fitness and health for over 16 years. In an industry where many trainers disappear within their first 12 months, Kim has built a successful career that has resulted in her continued passion of teaching others how exercise and simple healthy eating strategies can improve your life.
As a mother of 2 young children and the owner of Active Exercise Physiology, Kim understands the many challenges modern life throws at you, but has many simple strategies you can implement to overcome them on a daily basis.
Kim is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Personal Trainer, CrossFit Trainer and Precision Nutrition Coach.
Clinton Schrader (left)
Clinton has been a sportsman his whole life, playing high level rugby league in his younger years and is now an avid CrossFitter. Whilst Clinton has always lead an active and healthy lifestyle, after a health scare in 2015 that could have resulted in him losing his lower leg, Clinton has undergone his own nutritional overhaul in this time and feels fitter and more energetic than ever (he also kept his leg!).
Clinton is also the owner of Active Exercise Physiology and is a qualified Personal Trainer and CrossFit Coach.
Jake Closter (right)
Jake is a passionate man who loves to train daily and challenge himself with new tasks and skills, but is also one of the best real food cooks you will ever meet!
Known to his gym clients at the "smiling assassin", his quiet nature is no reflection on his enormous dedication to not only his own, but also his clients ongoing success.
Jake is a qualified Personal Trainer.
